These Terms apply to all accounts opened on apitoto in supported regions of Indonesia. Local regulations may vary by region; we update our Terms to reflect those differences. When you open an account, you accept the version current at that time.

Minor violations may result in a warning or temporary account restriction. Serious breaches — fraud, bonus abuse, underage access — can lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds. We investigate all reports and communicate outcomes clearly.

We can update these Terms, but we'll notify you via email and in-app message at least 14 days before changes take effect. If you disagree, you can close your account. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the new Terms.

Bonuses are credited automatically when deposit conditions are met. If yours is missing, contact our support team with your transaction ID. We'll investigate within 24 hours and credit it manually if there's an error on our side.

Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on your payment method. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transfers typically arrive fastest. Your funds remain in your account until you request a withdrawal; there's no expiry on cash balance.
